 Standing on top of the bleachers, Kaiba watched the crowd heading for said bleachers. A couple of Kaiba Corp officials handed out visor devices to each one of the people; part of Kaiba's new creation. This new VR technology will truly revolutionize the way of dueling....and hopefully shut those whiny office wimps up. Thanks to Dartz, the public became nervous about my Solid-Vision technology, and I was forced to replace it with this new VR tech. |

Among the group...  A young man with his hands behind his head walked in, smiling. 'Pegasus is comin'. I could ask him how that Rainbow Dragon tablet search is goin'...it'd be real great if he found it.' "Ain't that right, Ruby?" He looked over at the air.  As his partner nodded. In another part of the crowd...  'Here I am...' The girl in the male uniform made sure to blend into the crowd. After everything that happened, she was set to go home....but before that, she wanted to see Jaden duel at least. |

 "...." Walking within the crowd was the quiet and emotionless-looking teenaged girl. "Hm?" She blinked when the officials handed her a visor, plus some cartage device. She wasn't sure what it was for, but hopefully Kaiba will explain. Anyways, Alexis only entered the tournament just to satisfy her dueling needs. Hopefully once this is done, her fad will fade away, and she can concentrate on school.  Walking up the steps of the bleachers came the suave dice duelist himself. "Got a seat, guys." |

Amongst the crowd...  ...was him, arms crossed with a smile, six decks in his bag as he recieved the new devices. "Hmm... interesting..."  "What's this...?" He muttered, looking at it carefully..  "Certainly a huge turnout..." He smiled, arms crossed as he recived the new devices...  "Looks like a pretty interesting tournament... can't wait to see what will happen here..." He mused to himself... |

Among the crowd...  ...he was making his way through; receiving his own devices a touch nervously. ...I hope it goes well... He was also among the contestants; smirking as he got his devices as well.  Among them, in turn, was an unfamiliar face to most, as he simply received his devices. ...perhaps I'll get a shot at meeting him...
 "Thanks, Duke!" Yugi had thankfully not been bombarded by people who would want to challenge him to a duel while they had gone there, so he was able to take a seat relatively safely.  "This is going to be interesting..." Also joining them were Rebecca, who swiftly claimed the seat next to Yugi before anyone else.  "It's a pretty big turnout..." Tristan mused as he took his own seat. |

 She sat behind Yugi... keeping a careful eye on Rebecca. "Yeah, pretty sure this is Kaiba's way of trying to claw back his pride after his company got a bad reputation in our last adventure..." She crossed her arms. "Still, let's hope this'll be a peaceful event... not that I'm holding my breath or anything..." |

"...wonder if they'll explain this..." Syrus mused, as he looked curiously at the device. While he just seemed fired up and ready to get started... ...he remained taciturn; arms folded as he waited for the beginning.
"Well, it shouldn't turn out that badly..." Yugi mused. "Hey, like Téa said, let's hope it turns out peacefully." "Hm..." Rebecca simply adjusted her glasses... when she perked up. "...you guys hear that?" At that point, the crowd would be able to see something descending towards the school; namely, a helicopter, with one person standing in the open doorway...  ...namely this fellow, who gazed down at the crowd below. Cue the fangirls. |

Tristan squinted a touch as the helicopter touched down. "...hey... he's not alone." Indeed, as he stepped out of the helicopter, he simply brushed dust off his coat, before looking back at the helicopter...  "...so, who in the audience is ready for a grand old time, hm?" Oh, there was just no mistaking that voice. "...well, what do you know..."  Oh, yes; climbing out after Aster was the one and only creator of Duel Monsters; cheerfully waving at the crowd whilst holding a microphone in his hand. "I do hope I'm not disturbing, Kaiba-boy!" he called out playfully.
Syrus gawked. "...whoa... both Aster and the creator of Duel Monsters..." He grinned. "Now that's a surprise...!" He remained silent, though his gaze did fall on Pegasus. |

Major confusion... ...though his eyes narrowed as he gazed upon the newcomer after Pegasus. ...hm...
"I simply heard about this tournament from my dear friends who came with me today, so I figured that I simply had to come visit." Pegasus spoke into the microphone; wagging his finger with a bit of a chuckle. "And we seem to have a lovely crowd gathered here today for a great bout of Duel Monsters between several up-and-coming duelists... and possibly some humorous shenanigans from Kaiba-boy himself!" A slightly nervous chuckle escaped his lips along with the general laughter from the crowd. Please don't let that be prophetic..."Aah, but I'd hate to be the showstealer... after all, the real showstealer's right here." With a chuckle, Pegasus motioned for the teen. "Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Aster Phoenix!" As cheers broke out, Aster simply glanced around at the crowd; managing a somewhat cool aura to him as he took in this applause. "Leave it to Pegasus to make a spectacle..." Tristan mused. Rebecca, on the other hand, simply huffed; she wasn't impressed, unlike the other fangirls around them. |

"I'll be amazed that Kaiba doesn't grab Pegasus and strangle him... though, that's more of Joey's style..." She admits.

Yes...that would be Aster's manager. "This maybe your game, Pegasus, but this event is to divulge my latest creation. I am in no mood for your clowning." Gritting, he marched down the soccer field, setting up his mic clip, installed in his Kaiba-Corp pin, on his collar. "Welcome, up and coming Duelist, to the St Domino DM Tournament; an event to prepare young and inexperienced Duelist of the outside world of dueling. Because let me tell you from personal experience..." With a low and cold tone, "It's a jungle out there." "Sheesh...don't invite Kaiba to any birthday parties." "But don't sell yourself short, because this is grand experience, for you all will be the first to try out the latest Dueling hardware that will make the typical holographic models seem like a joke." |

"Now, all of you were given a visor and cartage. What you have there is the Duel Gazer and VR Cartage." Wielding his Duel Disk on his arm, he opened a compartment, in front of him. "Now, open the compartment that is close to you, like this, and take out that cartage." And the audience, like Duke, did so. Duke blinked at said cartage, never knowing about this cartage before. "Now, replace it with the new cartage you were given." Watching most of them doing so, "Good. Your Duel Disk can no longer display holograms."And cue the confused commotion of the audience.

Blinking after swapping the cartridge, Syrus wondered what the point of this would be. "...huh... must be something hugesaurus..." He simply did as he was told without raising any objections. |
