Caius reappeared, growling out. @jun@ "And you know what that means..." The survivor vanished into an orb of darkness, and reappeared back at Caius' hand, where he hurled it back at Carly. |

Except... not. "That's a mistake you'll regret! I activate Bending Destiny to negate the summoning of your Caius!" Immediately, a card flipped open, almost acting as a shield that the blast slammed into, before a mysterious pathway began letting the sphere roll back towards Caius.  |

With that, she slammed it down. "Future Visions!" Once more, the void they were in was filled with mirrors yet again, surrounding the field completely. |

"I have no idea!" Carly uttered, still with a hint of determination in her tone. "I'm really just winging this!" She took out a monster card. "I'm going to make a summon! Fortune Lady Light!" In a flash of light, this monster appeared...  ...but as soon as she appeared, she vanished; falling within one of the mirrors. "Future Visions is a card that banishes any monster that is Normal Summoned for one turn. Normally, this would be disadvantageous for both of us... but take a look at this!" Carly pulled her deck out to rummage through it. "When Light is removed from the field because of a card effect, I can special summon a Fortune Lady from my deck! And I choose...!" She pulled one card out, and slammed it on the field. "...Fortune Lady Water!" In a cascade of water, her next monster appeared.  "And since I have another Fortune Lady on the field..." Carly uttered, sliding the deck back into place to let it shuffle. "...I can draw two more cards!" And she drew. She could feel her heart pulsing, her head pounding, her blood turning to ice... ...this card... the very card she was about to draw... something was wrong with it. "...I... I..." She slowly looked towards Jun. "...I can't draw this... we have to... we have to stop..." Against her words, though, her hand was slowly starting to slide that card out from the deck. |

Her breath turned haggard, and she even sunk to her knees; biting her lower lip as she felt such... pain enter her being. "...s-stop... stop it..." she uttered, looking down at her hand. "...stop..." But still, her hand didn't obey her; slowly pulling the card further out, agonizingly so. Eventually, she shot a look towards Jun... and she was starting to cry. "...stop me! I don't care how; just don't let me draw this!!!" |
