 Melody sighed as she stand outside the hospital, namely because of one person caused some problems.  "Hey! Letmego! I just wanted to ask a few-WHAAA!!!" Joey shouted as two burly man tossed him out the building and walked back in. Growling, Joey got to his feet and rubbed his head. "HEY!" The two men grunted and looked back. "Uh..." Whatever he was going to say was now lost, "Uh... I-I-I HAD A HAT!" Right into his face a bowler cap was tossed into Joey's face and the doors were slammed closed. "Suckers." Joey grinned as he placed the hat on his head. Looking at the antic Melody sighed, "Its going to be awhile till the others come out." |

Across the street was a subway access, where a few people were going in and out.  But coming out were a group of very shady people. "Is that...?" One of them hissed, spotting Joey. |

At that point...  ...he walked out of the hospital. "...hey Joey, Melody." he called to them. "Yugi and the others are gonna be a while longer, so I just excused myself..." |

"Well... you don't have to be around all that surgery, needles and blood." She rolled her eyes, "Right, like I wanted to get away from that so you're now my hero." |

Well this is a time warp. There are some mild changes, like Bonz's survival. "Ah...I see why you morons scattered from me." A deep voice said...a voice the three kids have not heard in ages, but wish they never would.  A man, way before Duel Monsters was all in the rage. Someone that nearly cut Joey away from Yugi's gang. A man named Hirotani, from a group of yo-yo thugs. And he still had his pack with them, from last time. |

Looking at these punks, Melody shivered and hit behind Tristan. Just seeing that guy enraged Joey even more than Bandit Keith, "You have some nerve showing your face around here! Why don't I show you some Brooklyn Rage?!" Still scared, Melody whispered to Tristan, "How many hits to the head Joey got to be saying this catch phrase?" |
