 Looking worriedly at Luna, he eventually followed, sticking close to his sister. They all eventually entered a war council room, where several high-ranking officials within Shien's army was located. @shien@@kizan@ Among them were Shien himself, along with Kizan, who simply kept his focus on the map before them. @enishi@ As he entered the room, he took a seat next to Shien, closing his eyes. @shien@ "...I take it that some manner of development has occured..." With a small hum, Shien motioned for the duelists to take their seats. "...let's hear it, then."  With a small nod, Kite took a seat, folding his arms. |

@shien@ "...Ha Des... the Dark Ruler." His eyes narrowed in thought, as he rubbed his hands together. "...and he controls the Lord of Phantasms..." "...I guess he does..." Leo sat down as he rubbed his neck. "...so... why is he against Nightshroud?" @enishi@ "Likely because Nightshroud was the one who dethroned Ha Des when he made his mark on our world." Enishi murmured. "Now he wants revenge..." @kizan@ "...and he intends to do it with the Sacred Beasts... I thought they were sealed away." "Apparently, someone broke those seals." @shien@ "...which gives us reason to assume that Nightshroud has at least one Sacred Beast as well..." He rubbed his temples. "...not the kind of news we needed right now..." "...then... what do we do?" one of the councilmen began. "Even if we've fought off Nightshroud's forces, he carries weapons like that with him..." They all looked at Shien, waiting to see what conclusion he would arrive at. @shien@ "...hm... then it cannot be helped." He set his hand upon the table. "We cannot fight Nightshroud and Ha Des as just one mere army... we must seek out other factions to ally with." He looked at some messengers. "Tell some of the Six to ride out to our neighboring warrior nations. Anyone who Nightshroud hasn't yet turned to his side will be an invaluable ally." "Yes, sir!" They quickly scampered off. @kizan@ "...warriors can't do everything on their own..." Kizan murmured. "...we must consort with the other species of the land..." |

"Alright! So... where do we start?" @shien@ "If you choose to accept my request, then I would recommend that you head south. Beyond my borders, past a mountain pass, lies a place known as Geartown. I would like you to consort with the Machine King on my behalf, to see if his forces will join our cause to combat Nightshroud and Ha Des." |
