Suddenly, part of the mine shaft exploded...
@lawton@ "Before I seal you all here?" Said Lawton, as he rode up to a high ledge, peering down at the group before some of his own men rode up with him.
@misty@ "Oh no..." She gasped.
@lawton@ "I thought I recognized you...Misty Tredwell, a famous model. So what're you doin' around these rough parts?"
@misty@ "..."
@lawton@ "Ah well, not that it matters. Yer all gonna be buried here with the "Shinigami" anyway." He laughed.
@nico@ @west@ The two looked worried.
And the father held them close.

@misty@ She gasped. "RUN!" As they all dashed away, the dynamite exploded, and the rest of the mine started caving around them.

The rubble caved around the three of them, the children gasped out...but were pushed toward Kalin quickly.
@west@ @nico@ "Ah!" They stumbled into his arms.
As the father grunted and vanished in the rubble...
@misty@ "!" She gasped.

The smoke cleared...and the way was completely buried.
@west@ @nico@ "Dad/Daddy!" The two ran to it, crying out. "Dad! Answer us!" "Please..."
"Ngh...Nico...West...?"

"Run...I still see some explosives left..."
@west@ He tried digging at the ground. "We can dig you out, dad! Just hold on..."
@nico@ "Daddy, don't give up..."
@misty@ "...." He was buried in too deep, and there were explosives set to detonate on the other side. He won't make it...

They all rushed out of the mines as the other explosions went off.
