And he summoned that card as well.  @rafael@ "Now, I may tribute my Test Tiger, to shuffle Andal into the deck..." As he did so, the two monsters faded from the field. "...and summon a different Gladiator Beast from my deck. And I choose... Gladiator Beast Dimacari." And as he said that, the next monster appeared from his deck.  @rafael@ "I equip him with the Spell Card, Gladiator Beast Battle Gladius; increasing Dimacari's ATK by 300. The face down card...  Was swiftly destroyed. "Thanks, mate. When Giant Rat is destroyed, I can bring out an Earth attribute monster from me deck." He looked through it. "Geez, there's a ton of em in this set...guess this guy'll do."  Ignore the Tuner bitA small knight appeared. |

With a roar, the bull shot straight for the knight to pulverize it.

Now, his ATK rises to 2400." As both fire and the sword tempered the tiger warrior, he snarled at Valon. |

He looked away with a slight blush. "A bit...ya know, it's been a while..." He then shook it. "Ah, nevermind that...since I have two X-Saber monsters out, I can special summon this!"  A knight in red armor appeared, swinging out his blade. "Fullhelmknight counts as an X-Saber monster, despite the extra...X." He held out another card. "Next, I'll equip Faultroll with this!"  The red knight took the large blade in hand and got in a stance. "This means they'll both be destroyed, but oh well. Faultroll attacks yer Laquari!" The knight ran at the beast, set to send both of them down to the grave. Atk: 2400 |

"This immunity, however, doesn't extend to your attacking Faultroll." With a roar, Laquari grasped the gladius he held, before thrusting it straight into the attacking monster's gut. |

The knight groaned out and spun out of control, as he shattered. The sword of sparkles hit the ground and shattered too. "Well damn, should've seen that one comin'..." He smiled. "Guess I'll activate the sword's second effect. By offering a monster on my side as tribute, I can return it to the top of me deck. I tribute Fullhelmknight." The little knight vanished, as Valon put the sword back on the top of his deck. "I'll set two cards and end my turn." As he spoke that name, the familiar oxen monster returned to the field. "Next, I activate the Trap Card, Double Tag Team; allowing me to Special Summon another Gladiator Beast from the deck; and I choose Gladiator Beast Bestiari." As he spoke, he called out that monster.  @rafael@ "Now, it's my turn." And he drew. [dice=5] Seeing the card he drew, he hummed. "...it's a reunion. I summon Gladiator Beast Andal back to the field." And there, the first monster he had called out returned to the field. "And now... I send both Andal and Bestiari back to the deck." As he spoke, both of them shot back into the deck, as a vortex opened up before him; a larger figure slowly emerging from it. @rafael@ "Contact Fusion." he spoke. "Andal and Bestiari will merge together via this method of fusion, to summon forth Gladiator Beast Gyzarus." And the vortex ceased, as this massive monster landed before Rafael.  @rafael@ "His effect activates; I may destroy up to two of the cards on your field... and I choose your two face-down cards." The female X-Saber cried out, as she was destroyed. He rose his arm again, taking the damage. LP: 4000 - 100 = 3900 "Good on ya..." He noticed his look. 'Huh, he just got that deck and he already cared for his fusion monster gettin' destroyed...' |
