Because Naturias have the potential to restrict choices in a duel FAST, the key to beating them is get everything you need out before Naturias can compose locks. For instance, "Skill Drain" or "Angel O7", if used early in the Duel, can cripple this Deck, since most of the Naturia archetype is composed of Effect Monsters. "Skill Drain" is the most dangerous, because it also negates Continuous effects like those of "Naturia Mosquito" and "Naturia Dragonfly", rendering them useless. Siding "Dust Tornado" and the like can help, but will be dead draws against "Bamboo Shoot"; follow it up with field-clearing effects to ensure that your attacks will go through.

Around the public, Mimi acts like a air-head, who doesn't know the first thing about Duel Monsters. Though she seems nice and eager to learn. However, she's really a determined, serious, and experienced Duelist, only to search for people who can see Duel Spirits. Though she is hardened when in a duel, but no matter, she's still an upbeat girl.

Ever since the discovery that Jaden Yuki, and other like him in his day, can see Duel Spirits, temples were built, throughout the years, to protect the Spirit World. Its guardians go to find people who can see Duel Spirits. Luna is a prime example of one they seek, but they have yet to make a move because of her destiny as a Signer.
Mimi Tasogare was a student of the temple, since she discovered she can see Duel Spirits. She was taught to play Duel Monsters in order to perfect her skill. She was sent to Heartland to find others who can see Duel Spirits, especially when the Spirit World is in danger. She needs to find someone with superb skill to save the Spirit World.
