 "...Dragonic Overlord's skill!" He rose a Spell Card and a Monster card and dropped them into the Graveyard. @overlord@ And the dragon roared out, suddenly being coated in crimson flames.  (That's 300 attack, not 800...) "With his attack power at 3400, he attacks Bahumut Shark!" He pointed out.  "What?! But he's got a full backrow!" He gasped. @overlord@ With a roar, the dragon rushed in for the shark, brandishing his blade at the shark. |

Though suddenly, a flaming arrow flew out from behind the dragon, launching through the Shrink card. At the end of the arrow was an explosive, which exploded. Destroying the card and dealing 500 points of damage to Shark. @overlord@ He just kept rushing forward, unaffected, and swung in to destroy the monster.  "Whoa! Where the?!" He held up a card before he discarded it. "Nice try."  |

"Even stronger than before, gaining 300 attack!" @overlord@ And the dragon's flames only grew stronger, as he rose up for another attack toward Shark's number monster. ATK: 3400 + 300 = 3700 "Now, burn his monster to ashes! Take the Eternal FLAME!" @overlord@ The dragon blew out molting fire toward the Number, though Kai didn't know there was an important factor to take in when fighting a Number monster... |

He frowned. "I've gotten by on my own just fine up to this point, and I'll continue to do so..." He closed his eyes. "Your last monster is down, so that only leaves...?" He then opened his eyes as the flames cleared, a bit surprised. "What...?" He looked over at the flames too. "Number monsters work a bit differently from normal monsters..." She mumbled. |

Shark Drake was still there, roaring... "A Number monster like Shark Drake can only be destroyed in battle by another Number monster... or negating it's effect..." He said, calmly. "In other words, Dragonic Overlord cannot destroy Number 32: Drake Shark. Thus, your Overlord's attack stops here and now..." |

Shark Drake chomped on one of the three Overlay Units before leaping into the air...a blue aura covering him as he looked into Dragonic Overlord's eyes... The Overlord... would feel terror... fear... powerful fear... to make any strong warrior quiver into despair... as well as reducing it's power and defenses to zero... |

Counter Trap
This card can also be activated from the graveyard. If you have no cards in your hand and a Xyz card you control with Shark in it's name has it's attack been negated, you can activate one of these three effects depending on the type of the card.
Effect: Special Summon one Xyz card with 'Shark' in it's name to the field from the graveyard.
Spell: You can banish one Xyz card with 'Shark' in it's name from the graveyard and deal damage to the opponent's LP equal to the banished monster's ATK.
Trap: The Xyz 'Shark' monster whose attack was negated can attack again with double the ATK power.
If this card was activated in the graveyard, during your Main Phase 2, banish this card and draw one card."Because you've negated my attack with an effect monster, I can Special Summon one Xyz Shark monster from my graveyard!" He said. |
