@damon@ "Now I show you strongest monster..." He rose his fist up, as a number appeared...54! We really should keep track of our used numbers somehow guys. XD;

And just like that, the two warriors rose up and were sucked into a vortex.

@damon@ "With Overlay Network, I summon, Number 54: Fabled Gambler!"

Suddenly, a man in a suit and a fedora rose up from the vortex, as two Overlay Units flew around him. He simply smirked at the dinosaur.

As the dinosaur snarled, so did Tyranno. "Yeah, so what?! What's so special about him?!"

@damon@ "You'll soon see..."



@damon@ "First, I detach 1 Xyz Material."

The orb around the man flew to Damon's deck and vanished.

@damon@ "Then, like Archfiend's Oath, I call card name, then draw. If card is correct, your monster is destroyed, and you take half it's points as damage..."

"Y.yer kiddin'!"

Tyranno snarled.

@damon@ Closed his eyes. '...I see...card!' "I call Dark Bribe!" He drew...

@damon@ With that..he slowly turned the card.



"I don't...believe it..." He gagged out.

@damon@ "Now, your electric dino...is GONE!"

The man rushed out at the dinosaur and took out a small deck of playing cards...with razor sharp edges! He threw them out at the dinosaur.[rand=6892058565281332658394751138985217466263659298429740823968313634]

The cards struck against the Super Conductor Tyranno, and he blew up...

As the dinosaur exploded, Tyranno stepped back from pain... but then he shot a glare at Damon and roared[/b] out of sheer anger.

"AAGH!" Not even Tyranno's gangmembers had seen that coming, as they huddled behind Jesse.

"Whoa!" He looked surprised at that too.

@damon@ But Damon didn't flinch. "...I set card, and end turn..." Due to Bait Doll's effect, he shuffled back in his deck.

Snarling, Tyranno drew; nearly ripping the card from the deck in the process.

Seeing that, he swiftly held it out. "Pot of Greed!!!" As he called that out, he drew two more cards.

Swiftly, he sent one card to the grave, before a face-down card flipped open. "Fossil Excavation!!! Super Conductor Tyranno returns from the grave!!!"

As the trap opened up, Super Conductor Tyranno slowly began digging its way out of the earth; roaring.[rand=3411273747532489576223832301512881491029764742903810062595901187099]

"!" He looked surprised at Tyranno's expressions. "He's seethin'...If I tell him 'bout that card's surprise, I wonder if he'll listen..." He was certainly worried.

@damon@ He simply watched him. "..."

Without wasting any time, Tyranno slammed down a different card. "Big Evolution Pill's effect!!! I summon Frostosaurus!!!"

Then, a harsh, cold wind shot in as something slammed down by Super Conductor Tyranno.





"Super Conductor Tyranno, attack!!!"

With a roar, Super Conductor Tyranno charged straight at the gambler; electricity surging through him as he swung his tail at the dandy man.

"Tyranno NO!" He shouted.

Right before the man rose his fist and blocked the tail almost effortlessly. Even the electricity couldn't damage him.

@damon@ "Waste of effort...number cards cannot be destroyed by other cards except for numbers." He closed his eyes.

Seeing that, Tyranno unleashed a wicked roar. "FROSTOSAURUS, ATTACK!!!"

Even in spite of the failure of Super Conductor Tyranno, the ice-formed dinosaur charged to try and stomp down the Number monster.

"Wha?!" He looked stunned by that.

And the number just hopped away from the stomping, smirking and wagging his finger.

@damon@ "Like I said, pointless..."

Tyranno looked absolutely feral; twice had he been deflected like it was nothing...

"...w-wow... I never thought I'd see big bro raging like this..." one of the gangmembers uttered.

"He's not gonna stop for nothin'..."



At that point, he let out another roar, before he swung his hand at the air. "TRAP ACTIVATE!!! RING OF DESTRUCTION!!![/b]"

Suddenly, a ring snapped around the gambler's neck, as flames began flaring from each tip of it, until it erupted into a massive explosion.

"!" The gambler gasped at that, and was caught in the explosion.

@damon@ "?!" He gasped at that and held his arms up, taking the impact.

"...whoa, it's gone!" He looked shocked. "He figured out a loop hole..."

@damon@ "It...destroyed?!" He grunted and gasped, as a few cards slashed at his back.

As he breathed heavily, Tyranno suddenly roared once more; a roar of victory the instant his foe had been vanquished.

And just like that, the gambler reappeared, with a wide smirk on. Eager for revenge.

@damon@ "Xyz Reborn acts as substitute Overlay Unit...which I use."

The orb vanished back into his deck.

Tyranno merely roared once more; glaring straight at his opponent in defiance.

The gangmembers were practically frozen with fear as they gazed at the scene at hand.

@damon@ He closed his eyes, focusing hard. '...I see it!' "It over! I draw Raigeki Break!" He drew...

@damon@ "...?!" He grunted after seeing what he drew.

"Hm...?" He blinked at that too.

Suddenly the gambler sighed and vanished, while two more cards flew at Damon.

@damon@ "I can't belie...!" He took the cuts and flew back to the ground with a thud.

"The guy self destructed...Tyranno won!" He smiled.

Swiftly, he unleashed a mighty roar as his foe fell over.

"...whoa..." The gangmembers just gawked at this in utter awe.

"Whoa..." He watched him roar once more.

@sapphire@ As his pegasus appeared. "It seems that DNA of his might be kicking in..."

"You think?" He looked over.

@sapphire@ He nodded. "Indeed...it has a powerful influence over him."

@damon@ "...ngh..." He groaned and sat up. "...my draw failed...It's not perfect after all..." He spoke normally, GASP!

As he glared at his foe...

...his eyes suddenly reverted back to normal, and he stumbled forwards. "...ngh..."

"Big bro!" Some of the gangmembers rushed to his side the instant it looked like he would collapse; even though he was alright.

"Tyranno!" He ran up too.

@damon@ "...you were a strong opponent..." He felt his head. "Ugh...feels like that headache's gone..."

Tyranno groaned, as he looked at Damon. "...what... happened, exactly?"

@damon@ He got up. "I'm not sure...I was out in the forest training myself. Then that card appeared." He looked at the number on the ground, and it was still glowing a bit black. "Suddenly, I wanted to duel so badly. and I found myself dueling those students..."

"Huh..." 'Sounds like these Numbers can take over minds...that ain't good.'

"...huh..." Tyranno uttered, as he held his head a touch. "Ngh... feels like I lost it for a minute..."

"Yeah...you were roarin' and growling out there. Almost like..."

@damon@ "A dinosaur." He finished. "You shared the same rage your monsters did."
