"Very well... I'll go and get my deck and items that we need... Odion, please prepare my steed..."

"Of course." He nodded and walked out to prepare. "This will be interesting..."

Moments later...



...she stepped into the powerful rays of sun as came out, wearing a small bag. "Is everyone ready...?"

"...just about." Marik hummed, as he was carrying a small bag with him as well; bringing what he felt would be necessary on the journey.

[kelik]

"Yes." He nodded, carrying all he needed with him as he got on. "Let us go then."

[Ninetalesuk]

She got onto her steed. "Marik, is everything fine with you at the moment...?"

Getting on his own steed, he simply remained silent.



...come on, binky boy; you could at least answer her. That's just common friggin' courtesy!



He sighed. "...I'll manage, Ishizu. No need to worry about me..." ...yet, at least.

"Very well..." He said, as they lead off.

They eventually got to a nice little town built near an oasis. Like Odion said, it was a good tourist attraction...which also meant more targets for Bakura, sadly.

She glanced around in silence...

Ooh! You know what totally would work? Challenging him to a children's card game!

"The town is quite big, he could be anywhere. Maybe we should split up?"

"I don't know... if it was the evil side of Bakura who killed an innocent in the other town..." She muttered. "Duel Monsters or not, it seems he has gotten more dangerous for some reason..."

"...I agree... with someone like him, it's no good to confront him alone." Marik uttered. "We need to stick together."



But think of the comedic opportunities that arise if you meet Florence on your own!



...what in the world would be comedic about that?!

Meanwhile, there was quite a crowd over at a restaurant nearby.

"What is it, Odion...?" She asked.

Marik noticed it as well, and hummed. "...seems like there's some commotion over there..." And he started walking over there.

He followed along too.

Some people whispered to each other, commenting on a certain person's table manners. Who could they be talking about?

A white haired man murdering a steak of course. "Mm..." He looked incredibly pleased after he tore a piece off with his own TEETH.

"....well."

[Ninetalesuk]

"...that was easy...." She frowned. "...too easy..."

"...stand back..." Marik uttered warily to them, as he slowly began approaching Bakura. This was going to be dangerous... there was no telling what he would do, or could do, considering that he still had the ring, while Marik... had...



Hey, let me take over! We can totally surprise him!



That's the last thing we need right now...

"Be careful, master..." He said, just watching.

He swallowed the piece, smiling again, and looked over at Marik. "Hm? Oh my, seems you've finally fo...!" He burped. "Ooh, excuse me...I do enjoy having steak and tea after a job well done."

"...hello, Bakura..." She said, calmly.

Hah! It's funny because he's British!



With a small hum, Marik merely looked at the white-haired one. "...Bakura." he uttered. "Tell me... just what are you doing here?"

[kelik]

"What? Can't a man have a lunch break?"

"That's...not what he meant."

"Well it's exactly what I'm doing, what else can I say?" He grinned.

[Ninetalesuk]

"We are wondering... why you're here... in Egypt..." She said.

His eyes narrowed.

"I already told Marik exactly why I'm here: I'm bored."

"Domino's been rather boring lately, so I left to find some fun...and then I heard about something interesting happening around the world." He stood up from his seat.

"I... see..." She glanced at Marik, wondering if they should ask Bakura about the murder.

Eyes narrowed, Marik kept watching Bakura warily. "...and... just what would this... interesting thing be, Bakura?"
