 "Correct. You can summon certain XYZs if their conditions are met. With the Overlay network..." The two monsters disappeared into a vortex, and a being appeared out of it...  A strong looking knight appeared, and two orbs circled around his body.  "Whoa! What was that?!" "You see, I was able to summon Pleiades because I met his conditions: Two level five Light attribute monsters. Those two monsters became XYZ material for him and his special effect." |

"When it is summoned, XYZ monsters have a Rank, not level. That alone can make a major difference in duels. But that's not all. I can activate the XYZ monster's special effect by removing one of it's overlay material units, like so." She pulled a card under the XYZ card, and put it to the graveyard. "By sending it to the grave, I can activate Pleiades' effect. I can target one card on the field and return it to the controller's hand." She pointed at Yusei's face down. "Such as your face down monster." The knight rose his sword and slashed it at the face down, forcing it off the field.  She gasped. "Oh dear..." |

"I activate my Trap, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow!!!"  The face-down card flipped up and brought an iron crow to blow the knight's attack... "Your attack is negated!! And it gets Set instead of being sent to the graveyard!!" He said. |
