And as luck would have it, he happened to walk past Koyo at that very moment; which would let him see that he was carrying a deck and Duel Disk with him. |

He looked at him blankly for a while, until... "...sure." With a hum, he turned to face Koyo, and pulled out his Duel Disk; which Koyo would immediately notice resembled a gun. |

Humming, Axel quickly drew his hand. [dice=5][dice=5][dice=5][dice=5][dice=5][dice=5] "...first, I will summon Volcanic Slicer, in Attack Mode." he spoke, as he called forth his first monster.  "Next, I will activate a Spell card." Without wasting any time, Axel placed one card in the Spell zone.  "Blaze Accelerator. This will allow me to dispatch a Pyro-type monster with less than 500 ATK from my hand to the Graveyard; which I will do with my Volcanic Scattershot." "Uh oh... I'm guessing it allows you do something to Voltic...? Like destroy him?" That doesn't sound too good... if that effect goes through, then Axel will be able to do a direct attack on his LP... I should have set this card down too... |

Voltic cried out in pain, exploding... He braced himself as the flames went over him. "Ugh!!" (KOYO: LP - 3500) So, he can't battle?! Did he put that monster there so he won't be wide open to attack then?! He grits his teeth. |

"Urk!!!" He stumbled back from the flame, falling on his behind. "Nice... shot..." (KOYO: LP - 3000) He took away 1000 of my LP in his first turn... he's good... He got back to his feet. I get it now... it's a Burn deck... he'll use card effects to deal damage to LP if he can't battle... very good... |
